A few details before we gather.
What is Beer Carnivals?+
A traveling celebration of local breweries, live music and international food. We plan to visit cities and counties, starting in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey.
When and where are the events?+
Beer Carnivals returns in April 2027. Full schedule to be announced. Confirmed dates and venues will be posted on Find a Carnival and on each event detail page.
Are tickets or admission details available?+
Admission and ticket details have not been announced. Confirmed visitor information will be published for each event.
Is there a brewery participation fee?+
No. Breweries do not pay a participation fee. Booth equipment is available as a free rental. Banners, custom cups, napkins, menus and uniforms are provided; quantities and details are to be confirmed.
Are food vendor participation and performances free?+
Food truck and food booth fees have not been determined. Performer fee terms will be discussed individually. The brewery benefits do not define the terms for other categories.
Who can apply?+
Applications are open to breweries, live bands / performers, food trucks and food booths. Use the Participate page to submit the relevant application. Acceptance and event arrangements are confirmed separately.
What happens if it rains?+
If rain or unavoidable weather conditions prevent the event from taking place, it will be postponed by one week. Event pages will show the original date and the backup date, together with any weather notice.
What food will be available?+
The planned mix includes American favorites, Korean, Japanese, Chinese and other world cuisines, snacks, desserts and non-alcoholic drinks. Confirmed vendors and menus will be listed for each event.
Where can I see the music schedule?+
Confirmed acts and set times will be posted on each event page. No lineup has been announced yet.
What are the age, accessibility, parking and pet policies?+
